Shore Point Motel

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. Staff is friendly the rooms are clean. We would get a room with 2 beds 1 for our 6 yr old daughter and another for my fiance and I. Although I understand inflation has gone up and all but charging nearly $500 (including taxes and fees) for a room is outrageous . Especially when we weren't going to check in until 11pm Friday night and wanted to stay until Sunday (checkout being at 11). So we basically would have been paying $500 for a room for MAYBE 30 hours is crazy. I was very upset because my family and I have been here many times and we always enjoyed our stay. Hopefully after labor day the prices will start to drop.

We were in the area for a wedding. Check in wasn’t until 3 but the motel let us check in early at no extra cost so we could get ready for the wedding. The staff at the front desk was super helpful and helped with directions for the area. Although the rooms may be outdated they were very clean and roomy. We would recommend this motel to others. It was also a convenient location to the boardwalk.

Small room, tiny shower. Very clean, and well taken care of. Asked and pd for a room with a queen bed and got a double bed. Not happy about that. Good for a weekend, not a whole week

Been staying here for over 10 years now. My only hotel when I go down the shore. Staff is friendly, rooms are very clean, air conditioners work well. Location is 10 min walk from the beginning of the boardwalk, 10 mins from the train station and the main street in pt pleasant beach. Pool area is clean and big - and a nice place to sit and enjoy a drink. Only gripe is that the rooms don’t have a full length mirror. They have more than enough space for one in each room. They only have a small mirror in the bathroom and in the room that are too high. But other than that this is my go to!

We love Shore Point!! Our go to place to stay in Point Pleasant. Clean, recently updated rooms. Friendly staff. Easy check in/check out. So close to the beach!! Pizza and subs next door and our favorite breakfast place, I'm A Local Cafe, is also within walking distance!

Great value! Great service! I live in northern NJ. Thanksgiving was in Brick. Last year, it took over 3 hours to drive to my relatives house for dinner. Rather than pull my hair out, and go crazy being stuck in all that traffic, I decided to find a hotel in the area. I am happy I did. Totally worth it! I really got to relax. First off, check in time was 3. I showed up around 130. My room was ready, and they let me check in early free of charge so I can work virtually. Location was excellent. Just a short quarter mile walk to the beach, a 7-11, and a few restaurants and bars.There is even a pizza place right next door. Boardwalk is about a half mile away...but it was November and everything was closed. The restaurants and bars were still open though. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. My only complaint is I was staying in the room nearest to the road, and the walls are thin...so hearing the cars go by was a little noisy. Still got a decent sleep though. I would absolutely stay here again though. I might stay here every Thanksgiving Eve.

Cute little place with friendly staff. Pizza shop about 20 steps from every front door. Beach not too far and out back are neat clam and fishing boats that dock and unload every day and night so you can watch that and listen to the seagulls. It's calming. Also a seafood restaurant out back. Everything you need with surprising serenity.
